Service Description

Pelvic Opening with Lisa is designed for birthworkers looking for new ways to help couples during pregnancy and childbirth. This work is based on the book, "What Dads Can Do" by Heather Bruce. Where she instructs partners or birthworkers in using moxa and massage techniques to open the pelvis to ease childbirth, with the potential to shorten and naturally induce labour. This work relaxes mothers, relieves back pain, optimizes fetal positioning and helps bond couples during this magical time. This is all about giving the birthworker more tools and knowledge on how to helping couples during childbirth. This workshop is best taught over two sessions online. A pre-recorded introduction will be sent to you to watch before we meet for our online sessions. (There is the possiblity to take the workshop In-Person if you live in Thailand in one four hour session.) Heather Bruce has been an Acupuncturist for 42 years, Naturopath and Herbalist who has specialized in working with women. She combines common sense with wise womenly ways.
