Optimal Reproductive Health brings a personalised approach to fertility issues by providing alternative therapies, educational resources, workshops, and retreats to help couples on their path to parenthood.
All couples on their fertility journey have options and choices that empower them.
Lisa Levine and Sarah Manning connected years ago while working in the holistic health field at COMO Shambhala Urban Escape in Singapore. They quickly identified the need for couples on the conception journey to have holistic reproductive health options in addition to the many standard medical procedures available. They found common ground discussing health and emotional concerns couples face when working through fertility issues. Connected to those issues are women’s health, reproductive potential, menstrual concerns, birth, and post-partum care.
Over the years, their desire to support women and couples on the conception journey evolved into the creation of Optimal Reproductive Health (ORH). ORH provides personalised and nurturing holistic health care options tailored to the needs of each individual or couple.
