Conscious Conception Private Getaways are designed for couples looking for a different approach. No matter whether couples are wanting to go 100% natural or have gone down the standard medical route and realized it was not working for them; this private getaway is designed is for you! This is a time for you both to take get away from your everyday life and create a fertile mindset, optimize your health and educate yourselves about fertility, birth and post-partum. When we build a house - we create a foundation first! When we prepare a recipe - we buy the best ingredients. We need a degree for everything else we do in our lives but somehow the most important thing we will ever do and the reality is - the majority of us really have no idea where to start. After many years working with women and couples, I am passionate about helping couples on their path to parenthood because, I have seen that creating a foundation for fertility is simple with the right tools, tips and advice. Conception and birth are the set up for our lives! After many years of working with couple, I have realized a two hour session is just not enough. This getaways is designed over two days with four hours each day planned together. I think it is important to have time to relax, integrate and to discuss what we have covered after our sessions as we will cover a lot of ground. After an extensive intake, we will design a course of action. On the first day, I will give her a treatment session and on the second day, I will work on him. I wil teach you both self-care techniques to continue with at home. These might include the following depending on your specific needs; arvigo therapy, acupuncture, castor oil, perineal steaming, herbs, exercise, dietary therapy, etc. I will provide resources of books, podcasts, movies, etc. There is a lot to learn. Plus, continues coaching calls for as long as desired. As I live on the beautiful island of Koh Yao Noi in Southern Thailand, I believe it is the ideal spot for a Conscious Conception Private Getaway but I am also open to other locations.
