This is an evening practice of Hatha Yoga, specifically for opening and releasing blood, lymph and energy through the pelvis for women's wellness from the comfort of your living room or another tranquil spot.
Partners are welcome to join too!
Our Senior Yoga Teacher, Sarah Manning, has been teaching for 25 years. Her style is nurturing and supportive.
