This workshop is designed to introduce you to some amazing methods of healing that are not that well known.
Chinese medicine is much more then acupuncture and herbs. When I worked in Singapore I found many people were curious about gua-sha, cupping, clappers, TDP heat lamps, ect. but were afraid to try these healing techniques.
This workshop is all about giving you some basic understanding of these modalities and showing you how I use them in practice and in my self care routine. The end goal of course is to get you curious to try them yourself or go see a practitioner who uses them in their practice.
