Breasts - Lotus Blossoms

Often overlooked, forgotten or feared it is time we learned some self care to tend to our Lotus Blossoms.

In this Workshop, we will cover a variety of topics I believe are essential in caring for the girls. 

• We will start with some QiGong moves to get the energy flowing and teach you a routine to do everyday
• Then get an understanding of posture and breathing as they relate to breast health
• Discuss how moving our lymph is key
• The importance the "Liver energy" from a Chinese medicine point of view and how it relates to our breasts. The Liver energy and it's ability to flow is essentail to understand as the Liver meridians run through the breasts. 
• How to do gua-sha for the breasts
• Learn a breast massage routine
• Relieving neck, shoulder and upper back tension with stretches
• The impact of bras and tight clothing
• The use of castor oil
• The effect of emotions on breast health
• Mammograms
• Breast implant illlness
• Etc...

This will be a live two hour class which will be recorded if you cannot attend live.

A manual will also be provided with more information, links, articles, etc.
