Breast Care Workshop

Our breasts are often feared or neglected.  It's time we gave our breasts some loving attention. 

In this Workshop, we will cover a variety of topics and essential self care practives.  

You will learn...

• QiGong moves to get the energy flowing and a special routine you can do everyday
• Understanding posture and breathing as they relate to breast health
• Lymph is key
• The importance the "Liver energy" in Chinese medicine. Unblock the Liver energy meridians that run through the breasts, essential for breast health.  
• Gua-sha for the breasts
• A unique breast massage for health
• Relieving neck, shoulder and upper back tension with stretches
• The impact of bras and tight clothing
• That castor oil is medicine
• The impact of emotions on breast health
• Mammograms
• Breast implant illlness
• And other topics...

This will be a live two hour class which will be recorded if you cannot attend live.

A manual will also be provided with more information, links, articles, etc.
