Morning QiGong Practice can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing techniques, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.
Every Monday and Friday from 7:00 - 8:00 am Singapore time. Join from anywhere on the planet!

Sarah has been a student of Grand Master Anthony Wee for the last 10 years. His work has profoundly changed the healing journey of many students with cancer; restoring hormone, inflammation and immune system balance. These same tools we apply in class in the context of fertility and overall vitality.
