Service Description

This online self-care oriented session is for everyone interested in improving their reproductive and digestive health. Whether you have digestive concerns, painful periods, fibroids, fertility concerns, prostate isssues, prolapes, etc. We will cover anatomy and physiology of abdominal and reproductive organs, address the causes and symptoms of a displaced uterus, prostate congestion, and demonstrates self-care abdominal massage techniques. This session also covers castor oil packs, vaginal steaming, etc. Lisa will tailor the techniques specfically to your needs. The aim of the session is for all you to learn how to perform the abdominal self-care massage and other self-care techniques on yourself in order to take your health into yo Session fee is $300 for 3 hours. There is the option to split the session into two parts which might be more convenient for you. Cancellation Policy
