Active Childbirth Workshop with Sarah, educates couples in preparation for a natural childbirth. This class supports the birth partner by giving him priorities, focus and tasks. The pre-class recording of 45 minutes will be sent upon payment. It covers stages of labor, hormones in labor, and why the birth partner has a crucial role to play. This is essential listening before the in-person class. Thetwo hour online (or in-person in Singapore) class explores breathing, positions for contractions, positions to rest, pain management, decision-making and non-medical pain relief options. Through all this role play the partner explores how, where and what he is doing and why. Sarah Manning has been teaching Active Childbirth for 27 years Internationally.
