About the Event
Yin yoga is a floor based practice of long held postures - at an appropriate depth, stimulating the chinese meridians. You will learn about acupressure points of most value to women, their healthy cycle, hormone balance and well being.
You will need a mat, a big pile of cushions/ pillows/ blocks/ folded beach towel - these props are used to support you while you hold the pose. Emphasis, throughout the class, is on the energetic body - your breath, qi and focus.
