Breathing - Movement - Hormones can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.

Sarah has been teaching for over 25 years. She has guided couples on their personal, holistic mind-body-spirit reproductive journeys through the use of her nurturing, supportive, and intuitive approaches.
